Q. How do I know what size my head is?
A. So that your hat is a perfect fit, we ask you for your head size during the designing process. Measure your head using a tape measure across your forehead and above your ears, as shown in the photo.

Alternatively, you have the option to choose from Small (56cm), Medium (58cm), Large (60cm) or X-Large (62cm). These are equivelant sizes to most ski helmets.

Q. When will my hat arrive?
A. All our hats are individually handmade to order so please allow up to a maximum of 10 days for your hat to be made and despatched. We will always try to get your order sent sooner, but it all depends on how busy we are! If for any reason your delivery may be delayed, we will drop you an email and keep you updated on progress.

Q. I need my hat ASAP! Can I get it sent out any quicker?
A.Yes! If you really need your order in a hurry, for an extra £5 per hat you can choose our Hasty Hat option and we will make and despatch it within 3 days.

Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery within the UK and Airmail outside the UK. Postage costs are as follows:

Q. What Payment methods can I use?
A. We use PayPal, the world's leading online payment system. You do not need to have a PayPal account - simply click "Continue" at the checkout under the heading "Don't have a PayPal account?" and pay by credit or debit card. Payment is fast, easy and safe.

Q. What are the hats made of?
A. Our hats are made using high quality acrylic yarn produced in the UK. We double up the yarn to ensure your hat is super comfy and warm. We use acrylic because it is soft and not itchy, won't shrink or sag when it gets wet and most importantly.. no cold sheep!

Q. How do I buy/redeem gift vouchers?
A. Gift vouchers are available in £10, £15, £20 and Free Hat (£30) denominations. Gift vouchers can be purchased on the Gift Vouchers page or through the Hat Designer.

Gift vouchers are redeemed through the Hat Designer. Just follow the link towards the end of the process.

Q. Does H4TH sell kid's hats?
A. Yes we do! If you would like to order for a little one, drop us an email before ordering to let us know their head size and the style (baggy/standard fit), and we will send you a custom paypal link!

Q. How should I take care of my hat?
A. To wash your Hats for the Hill hat, lightly hand wash in warm water. If your hat has a bobble remove it first. Leave to dry flat and your hat will be as good as new!

Q. If I am not happy with the finished product, can I return it?
A. Due to the nature of our product, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been placed. However, if you are really unhappy with your finished product then please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Q. Can I rep for Hats for the Hill?
